The Inventory Management Coordinator is responsible for the daily inventory activities such us receiving, issuance, pull- out, bin to bin and cycle count, including ensuring correctness and completeness of data both system and documents in accordance with inventory management procedures. To focus system matching and accuracy of inbound and outbound transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives all stocks coming-in from sourcing unit into SAP and prepares reports for all stocks received.
  • Submits stocks on hand (SOH) report to Principals, Operations and Sales Team on a daily basis.
  • Responsible in system adjustments such as pullout processing, scrapping and inventory adjustments
  • In-charge to manage clients concerns and issues and ensure to provide action and recommendation once validated and analyzed.
  • Ensure to monitor completeness of reports like DC Outbound Report, STO PO report for uploading and other reports.
  • Updates and monitors daily cycle count in SAP.
  • Transfers stocks to respective system locations based on the actual reported stocks status.
  • Assist in analyzing inventory variances and conducts as necessary, any search to locate products "with variances" within the system or location.
  • Assist in physical count and wall to wall inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • At least 2-3 years' work-related experience
  • Preferably, with Good Warehouse Practice, Inventory Management, SAP and WMS and Systems application and usage
  • Has good communication skills, analytical skills, detail oriented and records management
