At our company, we're looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, including managing inventory levels, coordinating with on-the-ground teams, and troubleshooting operational issues.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels by placing accurate orders, ensuring stores are well-stocked. You will also communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily operations. Additionally, you will troubleshoot problems as they arise in operational processes, accurately track team hours and activities, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient mathematics skills is advantageous. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required. Self-motivated and able to work independently is also a must. At least 50 Mbps internet speed required. Must have a designated home office space.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the stores have the right amount of inventory in stock by placing the right orders
  • Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams by both phone and text to coordinate activities and facilitate operations
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise in operational processes
  • Ensure accurate tracking of team hours and activities
  • Hold team accountable for their responsibilities and performance
  • Contribute to the overall mission of improving the company and enhancing operational smoothness
  • Check camera systems to ensure they are operational
  • Place orders for new inventory
  • Serve as a coordinator between the back office and merchandising team in the field
  • Join team stand-up meetings
  • Use Slack for communication within the operations team
  • Utilize SOP software to quickly create or update standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in mathematics is advantageous
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • At least 50 Mbps internet speed required
  • Must have a designated home office space
