Procurement and Inventory Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Inventory Professional to manage day-to-day inventory and purchasing tasks.

  • Responsibilities:
  • • Monitor daily transactions within the Purchasing and Inventory unit.
  • • Review weekly requisitions and stock transfer forms for accuracy.
  • • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
  • • Coordinate with departments to resolve issues (e.g., non-delivery, short delivery).
  • • Facilitate returns and manage defective supplies with suppliers.
  • • Maintain purchasing documents for audit purposes.
  • • Handle purchasing and inventory tasks during team absences to ensure operational continuity.
  • • Approve non-regular requests and maintain proper documentation.
  • • Conduct annual supplier evaluations.
  • • Schedule and ensure machine calibration for accreditation.
  • • Prepare agreements for new and existing suppliers.
  • • Coordinate the accreditation of new suppliers and verify resigned employees' clearances.
Requirements
  • • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, or related field.
  • • 2-3 years in purchasing or inventory management.
  • • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • • Knowledge of procurement and inventory systems is a plus.
