What You'll Be Doing

Be part of our client's team as an Inventory Coordinator and ensure seamless container movement across depots, suppliers, and customers worldwide. You'll be the key to accurate tracking, real-time updates, and smooth communication, empowering operations and driving customer satisfaction.

What You Need to Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, inventory coordination, or a similar administrative role
• Familiarity with container tracking, depot operations, or freight logistics preferred
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and internal inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Effective written and verbal communication in English
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home environment
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese ideal

What You'll Handle Daily

• Track and update container inventory across depot locations
• Manage and record gate-in/gate-out movements in the system
• Liaise with customers, depot staff, and suppliers to verify container statuses
• Log and escalate container damages and claims
• Support customer shipping projects and ensure timely execution
• Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records for the sales team
• Investigate and help locate missing or misrouted equipment
• Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with internal workflows
