We're Hiring: Restaurant Manager

Open Space Café & Bar – Baracatan, Davao City

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Open Space Café & Bar, ensuring excellent service, efficient workflows, and a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control
  • Handle reservations, guest concerns, and overall service flow
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to increase sales

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the F&B industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organized, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to be assigned in Baracatan (free staff lodging provided)
