What You'll Do:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach staff to achieve performance goals
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supplier coordination
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor profitability
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Make quick, effective decisions to address operational challenges
  • Enforce compliance with food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations
  • Communicate clearly with staff, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Preferably with  at least 5 years of store management experience, ideally in the fast food industry
  • Strong background in daily operations management (cash/security control, kitchen management, customer service, crisis handling)
