Your Role
As an
Admin & Procurement Partner
, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations across our organization. You'll oversee both administrative and procurement functions — from vendor partnerships and budget management to workspace operations and travel coordination.

Your work will directly contribute to a well-run environment that empowers teams to focus on what they do best:
delivering exceptional results.

  • Lead procurement strategy and execution — from vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to spend analysis and cost optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations across sites, including facilities, travel, events, and document management.
  • Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships, ensuring high performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets and financial controls, including purchase orders, invoices, and procurement reporting.
  • Drive process improvements by implementing systems and tools that enhance efficiency, transparency, and automation.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver administrative and procurement solutions that support business continuity and growth.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative operations.
  • Proven track record in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proactive, with the ability to streamline processes and implement new tools.
  • A collaborative mindset — able to influence, partner, and deliver across teams.
