As the Executive Business Partner (Executive Assistant), you won't be limited to calendar management or admin tasks. Instead, you'll work side-by-side with the executive as a strategic partner. You'll design systems, streamline workflows, analyse business challenges, and help drive smarter decisions across operations, technology, and strategy.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in operations, business analysis, or executive-level support
- Leadership exposure (not necessarily managing a team, but taking initiative and ownership)
- Tech-savviness with CRM tools (Zoho preferred, plus Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align with executive thinking
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for innovation
- Employee work setup will be dependent on the client's discretion
- Act as a thought partner to the executive, contributing growth-focused ideas and insights
- Analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build tech-enabled solutions for efficiency
- Leverage Zoho (main tool) and other CRM platforms to support operations and reporting
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve productivity and competitiveness
- Support cross-functional areas (marketing, design, sales) by helping design scalable systems
- Take ownership of problem-solving and decision support in day-to-day executive operations
