III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Procurement Process

  • Help review, validate, and process purchase requests and orders.
  • Support buyers with technical and commercial knowledge.
  • Join negotiations to get cost-effective deals from suppliers and contractors.
  • Work with admin and e-procurement teams to ensure contract compliance and benefit for the company.

2. Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with site engineers and suppliers to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication on deliveries, prices, and availability of materials.

3. Monitoring and Documentation

  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time arrivals.
  • Keep detailed records of suppliers, quotes, contracts, and delivery performance.
  • Prepare reports to support procurement activities and improvements.

4. Supplier Management

  • Identify new suppliers and evaluate their capability and performance.
  • Ensure suppliers meet required standards for quality, cost, and delivery.
