Job Description:

  • Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails, social media platforms and other channels of communication applicable and/ or supports to update customer's account information and inquiries.
  • Responsible for conducting product surveys, sales experience surveys, and post-service surveys to gather customer feedback and support continuous improvement across relevant departments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and enhance the customer service experience.
  • Track, document, and manage support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns while maintaining accurate records in the support system.
  • Regularly update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies meticulously.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and engage with customers.
  • Ability to remain patient and calm when dealing with challenging situations.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a BPO industry
  • An eagerness to learn and continuously improve customer service skills.
  • Experience in automotive industry is a plus
