Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective system user support via email, phone, or in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
  • Assist users with system navigation, account setups, password resets, and other basic technical tasks.
  • Maintain system integrity by ensuring proper configuration, applying updates, and implementing security measures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Write SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting purposes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Additional Task

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues encountered by end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases and retrieving information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues and familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset are essential qualities for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
