  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and dental industry resources, to source and attract potential candidates.

*Help in strategizing in getting applicants, through job fairs, oath taking, school tie up.

  • Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience for dental clinic positions and support staff.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Assist applicants in the interview process this may include in accompanying them to branches where interviewer prefer to conduct the interview

  • Conduct reference checks and verify employment history and credentials to ensure the accuracy of candidate information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain an organized applicant tracking system to document candidate information, recruitment progress, and hiring decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment offers, employment contracts, and new hire orientation materials.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including completion of required paperwork and orientation sessions.
  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in dental industry recruitment to continually improve the recruitment process and attract top talent.
  • Assist in other HR functions, such as employee relations, HR policy administration, and HRIS data management, as needed.

* Collaborate with team member pertaining to all vacancies of GGC as a whole

* Consolidate and monitor all vacancies of GGC

* Perform other task that may be assign from time to time

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferably AB Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (face to face interviewing, video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Can handle pressures and can work independently;
  • Experience in retail/distribution business is an advantage;
  • Team player
  • Willing to work in BGC Taguig City
