We're looking for a Digital Lead Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive high-quality leads through various digital channels. You will be a key player in our growth, leveraging your expertise to design and manage campaigns that capture, nurture, and convert potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates) and use data to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Audience Targeting: Identify and segment target audiences to create highly relevant ad campaigns that resonate with potential leads.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure all ad copy and visuals are compelling, on-brand, and optimized for lead generation.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to achieve lead generation goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations to the marketing team and leadership.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media advertising, and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a digital marketing or lead generation role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
