Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary contact person to assist and guide dealers regarding parts and accessories information, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Handles and processes parts and accessories requests from three channels (Sales, Service, and Internal requirements).
  • Monitors pending orders and backorder status and provides regular updates to all dealers.
  • Maintains accurate records of all parts transactions through DMS and ensures proper documentation and filing of data.
  • Coordinates with dealers and logistics providers regarding delivery schedules and statuses.
  • Provides support and regular coordination with the PDI team for brand-new vehicle parts requirements.
  • Monitors and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reportsQualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any four-year course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Aftersales, Sales or Operations within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • With knowledge and familiarity in using EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) and DMS systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Open to assignment in BGC, Taguig City.
