What You'll Be Doing

A proactive Scheduler with expertise in resource planning, timeline management, and project coordination. This role ensures project deliverables stay on track, resources are well allocated, and milestones are achieved through strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork. Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

· Coordinate with project managers and team leads to allocate resources effectively.

· Monitor project progress, identify scheduling conflicts, and recommend adjustments.

· Track dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.

· Provide regular updates and reports on schedule status to stakeholders.

· Support the project team by ensuring deliverables are on track and deadlines are met.

· Assist in risk identification and contribute to mitigation planning related to schedules.

· Maintain scheduling tools and documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency.

What We're Looking For

· Solid experience in resource planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks.

· Ability to help project teams keep work on track and meet deadlines.

· Good knowledge of basic scheduling tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, or project software).

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Clear communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to adjust to changes and manage priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
