Role

The Finance Admin is responsible in overseeing the computation of any bookkeeping and ad hoc tasks and responsible for coordinating every result to her Finance Team Lead and Senior Financial Accountant of RWM Group. As a background, RWM Group is a labour hire company where they provide jobs for a second party organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily management of shared mailbox, receiving more than 50 emails per day around payroll deductions with corresponding Zendesk ticket, categorizing inquiries and endorsing them to the appropriate person within the business
  • Reconciliation of costs paid by the business vs payroll deductions, including but not limited to: accommodation, transport, utilities and health insurance
  • Setting up payroll deductions for short paid weeks
  • Processing journals in the accounting system to correct data
  • Assist the Finance team for ad hoc tasks

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Accountancy/Finance related course graduate
  • CPA preferred, but not required.
  • With experience in basic bookkeeping/accounting
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision, Zendesk Platform a plus.
  • With experience working with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience working with Australians (or any overseas counterparts) preferred.
  • Open to work in Pasig office.
  • Proactive, confident with dealing with other people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
