Position Overview

The Admin Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the business. This role involves overseeing administrative processes, managing virtual teams, handling documentation, coordinating internal communication, and supporting leadership with strategic and operational needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in virtual administration or operations management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee administrative operations across departments
  • Supervise and support virtual assistants or admin staff
  • Maintain company records, reports, and databases accurately
  • Oversee scheduling, task management, and workflow efficiency
  • Prepare and organize internal documentation, SOPs, and reports
  • Handle communication between clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, timesheet monitoring, and leave tracking
  • Monitor performance and provide process improvement suggestions
  • Assist in budget tracking, procurement coordination, and expense reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or operations management (VA or remote setup preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR admin or recruitment tasks
  • Knowledge in bookkeeping or financial reporting
  • Background in client communication or project coordination
  • Familiarity with CRM or workflow automation tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
