We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Workplace Admin Analyst to support our operations and account management functions. This role will be responsible for overseeing utility billing, maintaining key reports, providing non-technical support to Network Operations, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in account management, administrative support, or billing coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Account & Billing Management

  • Oversee account assignments, ensuring all utility bills are processed and paid on time.
  • Process utility billing invoices, maintain accurate billing records, and reconcile payments.
  • Resolve billing inquiries promptly and ensure financial data integrity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to payables, power consumption, and other utilities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain reports efficiently based on specific assignments.
  • Track key metrics related to workplace operations, network support, and utility usage.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.

Operations & Support

  • Provide non-technical support to Network Operations and other Workplace Admin functions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to address concerns or service-related issues.
  • Handle complaints or issues professionally, aiming for effective and timely resolution.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to smooth operational workflows.
