MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fundraising:

· Developing and executing fundraising plans to meet financial goals.

· Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.

· Organizing fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals.

· Preparing and submitting grant proposals.

· Managing donor databases and reporting on fundraising progress.

Resource Mobilization:

· Identifying and securing non-financial resources, such as in-kind donations, sponsorships, and volunteer support.

· Developing and implementing strategies to engage the community and build partnerships.

Community Engagement:

· Coordinating volunteer efforts and managing volunteer recruitment and training in coordination with Community Extension Services.

· Communicating the organization's mission and impact to the public and stakeholders.

· Organizing community events and initiatives to promote the organization's work.

Other:

· Assisting with the development of marketing and communication materials related to fundraising and mobilization efforts.

· Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of fundraising and mobilization activities.

· Managing budgets and expenditures related to fundraising and mobilization efforts.

· Performing other functions as may deem necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
