HR Officer

The Human Resource Officer is mainly responsible for providing support in different human resource functions such as recruitment, staffing, performance evaluation, training and employee counseling. The HR Officer also implements policies relating to the effective use of personnel in the organization.
- Assists with the day to day operations of the different HR functions and duties.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer and ensure timely processing of payroll, government contributions, and benefits programs.
- Provides clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Coordinates in HR projects (meetings, trainings, uniform distribution, surveys, tests etc.)
- Assists in the coordination of company activities and training sessions.
- Deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations in compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Researches on continuous improvement of human resource systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Human Resource or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work in Las Pinas City
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php26,000.00 per month
