About the role: Join Growthify's creative team and shape high-converting campaigns for leading Australian ecommerce brands. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative strategy and work directly with our founders in a small, collaborative team environment.

Growthify specialises in Facebook/Instagram advertising and conversion-focused websites for ecommerce clients. You'll be driving creative direction for paid advertising campaigns and website development projects, working closely with our media buyer, developer, and account strategist.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead creative strategy for ecommerce advertising campaigns and website projects
  • Design and produce Facebook & Instagram ad creatives: static images, carousels, short videos, and lightweight animations
  • Branding and identity: logos, typography, color systems, and full visual identities for ecommerce brands
  • Create web design assets (hero sections, imagery, icons, components) for developer hand-off
  • Edit and enhance product imagery and lifestyle photography for marketing campaigns
  • Develop creative concepts for paid social and website projects in direct collaboration with founders
  • Ensure brand consistency across ads, websites, email, and social media
  • Project ownership: manage multiple ecommerce projects from concept to completion
  • Package clean, developer-friendly files (naming, layers, export specs)

Required skills and experience:

  • Adobe Photoshop: advanced
  • Adobe After Effects: proficient (short-form/motion)
  • Figma: proficient (components, Auto-layout, hand-off)
  • Experience working as a Graphic Designer in an agency environment
  • Strong portfolio of ad creatives and website/UI assets, preferably with ecommerce focus (portfolio link required)
  • 5+ years professional graphic design experience
  • Excellent understanding of branding, typography, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
  • Experience creating designs optimised for social media platforms and ecommerce conversions

Nice to have:

  • Adobe Illustrator, InDesign; Canva for quick turns
  • Basic video production/editing beyond After Effects (e.g., Premiere/CapCut)
  • Basic HTML/CSS literacy or use of modern creative/AI tools for ideation
  • Experience with product photography or ecommerce brand design

Equipment & Tools:

  • Brand new Mac computer with all development software and licenses
  • High-speed internet and modern workspace setup
  • Access to paid AI tools including Midjourney, Flux, GPT Image, Veo 3, and Weavy for enhanced productivity
  • External monitors and ergonomic workspace setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
