COMPANY OVERVIEW:
We are the local distributor and business partner of Digital Graphics and Printing Solutions in the country for over 30 years. We represent the major multinational IT brands like HP, EPSON, CANON, etc. As an Authorized Service Center for our products, we are known for our professional and prompt service to our customers.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Proven experience in office administrative work-sales coordination or book keeping will be considered a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office/Word/Excel) is a must
- Good oral and written communication skills; proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Bachelor's/College/Vocational Degree in Business Studies /Administration /Management or any field;
- Successful applicants will be trained (local and overseas) and will be provided a good working environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the inventory of sales related equipment/materials are up to date each day
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Present reports based on collected data
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the progress of daily sales activities
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events, if any.
