Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Staff to support day-to-day administrative operations. The role includes preparing and organizing company documents, assisting in government bidding processes, and maintaining accurate office records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- With experience in PHILGEPS system — including compiling bidding requirements and submissions
- Knowledgeable in basic office procedures and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Willing to work office-based (Makati City)
- Preferably with experience in government or construction-related documentation
