We are an established IT Solutions company looking for a detail-oriented and dependable HR Generalist to handle the day-to-day HR administrative and operational functions. This role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of HR processes, supporting smooth business operations and employee services.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Administration & Records Management

  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, memos, certificates, and other HR-related documents.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping reports in coordination with department heads.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information.

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee pay data.
  • Handle government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and process related reports or remittances.
  • Coordinate with accounting for salary adjustments, deductions, and benefits updates.
  • Track and maintain records of employee benefits, incentives, and deductions.

3. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, compliance documents, and assist with DOLE submissions or audits.

4. Employee Services & Support

  • Serve as the point of contact for HR inquiries, employee requests, and documentation needs.
  • Assist in processing employment movements (promotions, transfers, separations).
  • Support exit procedures, final pay computation coordination, and clearance processing.

5. HR Operations Support

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as HR filing, office documentation, and coordination with vendors or external partners.
  • Provide support in HR projects or system improvements as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR administration or generalist role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and government-mandated processes.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
