Role OverviewAs a Paid Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring our clients achieve the best possible ROI. You'll start on a part-time hourly basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and results.Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Local Service Ads (LSA)
  • Build and manage marketing funnels, including landing pages, conversion tracking, and retargeting flows
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal team members on creative, strategy, and client communication
  • Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Experience with funnels and conversion tracking (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar tools a plus)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Local Service Ads (LSA) management and verification
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating through tools like Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace
  • Must be available to work US PST hours

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with YouTube Ads or TikTok Ads
  • Knowledge of AI automation tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
  • Familiarity with lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses
  • Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting as Hourly / Part-Time (based on experience)
  • Potential to transition into Full-Time role based on performance
  • Growth opportunities into Senior Paid Media Manager or Team Lead roles
