Responsibilities

· Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and BiggerPockets.

· Engage in online groups and forums where real estate and business opportunities are being discussed.

· Develop and post blogs, articles, and thought-leadership content to attract and educate our audience.

· Create and publish ads, graphics, and simple video content to support campaigns.

· Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, scheduling software, etc.) for content creation and productivity.

· Track, analyze, and report KPI performance metrics for social media and community activity.

· Stay on top of digital trends and best practices to recommend growth strategies.

Requirements

· Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.

· Strong background in advertising content creation (social posts, blogs, ads).

· Proficiency with AI-powered content tools (ChatGPT, Canva, etc.).

· Ability to measure and report KPIs (followers, engagement, conversions).

· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

· Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
