About the Role:

We're looking for a growth-focused and collaborative Paid Media Strategist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across social platforms. You'll assist the Director in managing strategy, reporting, and performance analysis, while continuously learning and adapting to platform trends. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on social media experience and a strong desire to grow in paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in campaign planning, performance reviews, and reporting

  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Monitor ad performance and provide actionable insights based on KPIs

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging and visuals

  • Conduct audience research and build targeting strategies

  • Stay up to date with platform changes, ad formats, and algorithm updates

  • Support budget tracking, pacing, and invoice reconciliation

  • Contribute to testing strategies and performance experiments

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing

  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics

  • Willingness to learn and grow in paid media strategy

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate asynchronously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience assisting senior leadership or marketing directors

  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)

  • Understanding of creative testing and conversion optimization

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first environments
