We are looking for a Project Manager who can command execution, communicate with precision, and orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver with excellence. You will be a Marshal-class leader in our Codex — coordinating analysts, designers, engineers, QA, and clients to uphold PRAXXYS's reputation for discipline and craftsmanship .

✦ What You Will Do

Project Leadership & Delivery Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, ecommerce, and enterprise system projects
• Break down requirements into structured timelines, milestones, and actionable plans
• Keep teams aligned, unblocked, and moving with disciplined rhythm
• Enforce delivery standards across documentation, communication, and execution

Client Communication & Expectation Management

• Lead client meetings, align expectations, and maintain crystal-clear communication
• Flag risks early, recommend solutions, and maintain client confidence
• Protect the client relationship through transparency, clarity, and reliability

Cross-Functional Team Coordination

• Collaborate daily with Analysts, Designers, Engineers, QA, DevOps, and External Ops teams
• Ensure smooth handoffs across the entire software delivery pipeline
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers, reports, and documentation

Quality Control & Operational Excellence

• Ensure adherence to PRAXXYS delivery principles and engineering discipline
• Conduct QA coordination when needed and ensure issues are resolved promptly
• Uphold PRAXXYS standards in timeliness, accuracy, and execution integrity

Strategic Contribution

• Identify bottlenecks and improve internal processes
• Support the COO in strengthening the External Ops Pylon and delivery frameworks
• Contribute to an environment where teams can deliver faster, clearer, and more predictably

✦ What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech, digital agency, software, or IT
• Strong grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication — written, verbal, and client-facing
• High attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational discipline
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing clarity
• Calm under pressure; decisive during ambiguity
• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar)
• A proactive "Make it Happen" mindset — you do not wait to be told twice
• Integrity and reliability — you say what you mean and do what you say
