Our mother company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Elevator Technical Head for overseeing the overall management, operation, and maintenance of all elevator systems across the company's properties. This role ensures that all elevators are functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with engineering standards, government regulations, and manufacturer specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of all elevator systems across company properties.

  1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.

  2. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer standards.

  3. Provide technical supervision, leadership, and guidance to engineers and maintenance teams.

  4. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and parts procurement.

  5. Review and approve technical reports, maintenance schedules, and elevator performance records.

  6. Conduct site inspections to verify operational efficiency, safety, and adherence to standards.

  7. Analyze elevator performance data and recommend system upgrades or improvements.

  8. Prepare and manage budgets related to elevator maintenance, repair, and modernization projects.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related technical field.

  1. Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred) with solid technical knowledge of elevator systems.

  2. At least 8–10 years of experience in elevator maintenance, installation, or technical management.

  3. Strong understanding of elevator operations, safety codes, and compliance requirements.

  4. Proven leadership and people management skills in handling technical teams and large-scale operations.

  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

  6. Proficient in engineering tools, diagnostic software, and Microsoft Office applications.

  7. Strong communication and coordination skills for liaising with contractors, suppliers, and property teams.

  8. High sense of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in managing technical operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php110,000.00 per month
