We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager (Systems & Execution) — a rising leader who thrives in structure, sees patterns before problems emerge, and can orchestrate internal operations with precision.

✦ What You Will Do

As a Junior Operations Manager, you will support internal operations across the entire organization:

Operational Rhythm & Execution

• Maintain operational flow across teams (PM, Ops, HR, Admin, Finance, Dev, Analysts)
• Ensure schedules, deliverables, and internal rhythms are organized and followed
• Flag bottlenecks early and push for timely execution

Systems, Processes & Internal Efficiency

• Implement, monitor, and refine internal systems, trackers, SOPs, and workflows
• Maintain order in operational dashboards and documentation
• Support the COO and leadership in strengthening Internal Ops Pylon systems

Cross-Department Coordination

• Liaise with HR, Admin, Finance, and Project Teams to ensure alignment
• Ensure seamless operational handoffs between internal teams

Data, Reporting & Process Insight

• Gather operational data and run basic analyses
• Prepare reports, metrics, and insights for leadership
• Recommend improvements based on patterns and recurring issues

Discipline & Cultural Stewardship

• Help enforce PRAXXYS standards of timeliness, clarity, and operational harmony
• Protect the cultural DNA of discipline, craftsmanship, and balance

✦ What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, project support, or management support
• Strong organizational discipline and systems thinking
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Sheets, documentation tools, Notion/ClickUp or similar
• High reliability — you don't drop balls
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple moving parts
• Excellent communication, documentation accuracy, and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset: you anticipate, not react
• Alignment with PRAXXYS's ethos of discipline, clarity, and making things happen
