About the role

Tapa King Inc' is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for managing the company's payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee wages and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Calculating and processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees
  2. Maintaining employee payroll records and ensuring data accuracy
  3. Administering employee benefits, deductions, and tax withholdings
  4. Preparing and filing all payroll-related reports and filings
  5. Providing support and guidance to employees on payroll-related inquiries
  6. Collaborating with the HR team to implement payroll policies and procedures
  7. Staying up-to-date with all relevant payroll regulations and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a payroll officer or similar role
  2. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including tax calculations, deductions, and benefits administration
  3. Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
  7. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
