Facility Maintenance

The Facility Maintenance is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks in a residential or commercial building setting. This role requires proficiency in multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, and general building maintenance. The Facility Maintenance must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of the building.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on AC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and other building components.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Amenable to working in Quezon City
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or building management and resolve issues promptly.
  • Install, repair, or replace building fixtures, appliances, and equipment, such as doors, windows, locks, faucets, and lighting fixtures.
  • Assist with building renovation or construction projects, including carpentry work, drywall installation, painting, and flooring.
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and address their concerns or inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment specifications.
  • Collaborate with other building staff, contractors, and vendors as needed to complete maintenance and repair tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in building maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
