As our Manufacturing Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring production targets are met, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will oversee a team of functional managers and collaborate across departments to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in all plant activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
  • Ensure that all departments meet their performance targets and KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and mentor plant leadership team to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in plant or manufacturing management, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, or other operational excellence methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
