Job Description:

The Design Manager will lead and oversee the design development for projects within the Semiconductor Manufacturing Plant, ensuring that all design outputs meet technical, safety, and quality standards. This role involves managing a team of design engineers, coordinating with clients, consultants, and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. The Design Manager is responsible for the timely delivery of design documents, value engineering, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Electrical Engineer
  • With at least 8–10 years of experience in design engineering, including 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • With experience in building, commercial, or industrial electrical design
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other design or drafting tools is a plus
  • Ability to interpret electrical plans, specifications, and schematic diagrams
  • Willing to be assigned full-time in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines
