As our Maintenance Head, you will lead the maintenance team in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of all plant machinery and equipment. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of key assets such as conveyors, jacklifts, freight elevators, gensets, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment.

This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive equipment uptime, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team in daily operations and long-term planning.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on various plant equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
  • Train and mentor technicians to build technical capabilities and promote a culture of accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment such as conveyors, forklifts, gensets, jacklifts, and elevators.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Technical certification or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
