Job description:

  • Identify high-friction processes, repetitive, manual workflows in the order lifecycle and propose workflow automation via internal systems or third-party integrations if necessary.
  • Develop and improve existing internal systems (OMS, Admin Panel, UDP) needed for our operations aligned with our business model
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in SQL/database skills, programming languages, and API integration experience for system development and automation work.
  • Lead process documentation and collaborate with IT/Product teams to implement automation pipelines (Anchored on current market dynamics and best industry practices in full alignment with our business model), systemization for routing, manpower scheduling, other existing manual processes across all business (S&R Online, Concierge and Marketplaces)
  • Pilot and own AI-powered operations dashboards that provide visibility on KPI performances, proactive alerts on delays, pick/pack inefficiencies, auto-tagging incident logs, SLA breaches and auto-generated reports.
  • Coordinate with IT, Customer Service, Product, Business Development, Marketing and Vendors to resolve operational roadblocks and implement systemic fixes.
  • Document incident cases and improvement loops for the Operations Department Wiki, Knowledge Base, or AI training models.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • 2–4 years' experience in ecommerce, fulfillment, logistics, or tech-enabled operations
  • Preference for candidates with 2-3 years of focused experience in ecommerce operations environment.
  • Certifications are valued as they demonstrate specific, practical skills and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Preferred certifications include Data Analytics, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Lean Six Sigma qualifications.
  • Willing to be assigned to both corporate (BGC) and Fulfillment (Paranaque) locations on a fixed working schedule.
