What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies to attract and retain key business partners
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's business goals
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate partner activities into the overall marketing mix
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of partnership campaigns, providing insights to inform future strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with existing partners and explore opportunities for expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and partnership management

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on partnership management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful B2B marketing campaigns and partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring to measure the success of partnership initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
