About the role

Malayan Insurance Co., Inc. (MICO) is seeking an Affinity Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Binondo, Manila City. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and strengthen partnerships with key clients and affiliates.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new affinity partnership opportunities to expand the company's customer reach
  2. Collaborating with internal teams to create engaging marketing campaigns and promotional materials for affinity partners
  3. Managing the end-to-end implementation of affinity marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, content development, and performance tracking
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing affinity partners to ensure their satisfaction and continued business
  5. Providing regular reports and insights on the performance of affinity marketing activities
  6. Contributing to the overall marketing strategy and supporting the achievement of sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years of experience in an affinity or partnership marketing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  3. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics, with the ability to measure and optimise campaign performance
  5. Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field
