Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Gladex's goals.

Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to identify opportunities and threats.

Brand Management

Strengthen the Gladex brand across all touchpoints—digital, print, and experiential.

Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, platforms, and partnerships.

Campaign Development

Plan and execute B2C marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and destination highlights.

Oversee creative development for ads, landing pages, and marketing assets.

Digital Marketing

Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.

Work with the digital team to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

Partnerships & Promotions

Collaborate with travel influencers, tourism boards, and affiliate partners.

Develop promotional campaigns to boost bookings and engagement.

Performance & Reporting

Track KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage junior marketing staff and external vendors or agencies.

Foster a culture of creativity, performance, and accountability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sector.

Proven success in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand development.

Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Passion for travel and understanding of global travel trends.
