Market Research

► Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, demands, and competitive landscape within the construction and industrial sectors.

► Analyze data to pinpoint opportunities and potential challenges.

Developing Targeted Marketing Strategies

► Develop and implement customized marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs and preferences of businesses in the architectural and industrial sectors.

Product and Content Marketing

► Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition and technical specifications of products and services.

► Produce high-quality technical and industry-specific content, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and product descriptions, to showcase expertise and solutions.

Website and Social Media Management

► Optimize the company's website for conversions, user experience, and relevant industry content.

► Manage social media profiles on platforms like LinkedIn to engage with potential B2B clients and share industry insights..

Analytics and Reporting

► Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and industry-specific CRM systems to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

► Measure success and return on investment (ROI) through data-driven insights.

SEO and SEM Management

► Optimize website content for industry-specific keywords to improve search engine visibility within the architectural and industrial sectors.

► Manage search engine marketing campaigns to enhance organic and paid search rankings.

Paid Advertising and Industry Networking

► Manage search engine marketing campaigns to enhance organic and paid search rankings.

► Actively participate in online and offline industry events, forums, and groups to build relationships and stay informed about industry trends.

Email Marketing and Lead Generation

► Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, provide valuable content, and promote products or services.

► Implement lead generation tactics, such as gated content, webinars, and industry events, to attract qualified leads.

Staying Current with Industry Trends

► Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and the construction and industrial sectors.

► Ensure that marketing materials and strategies align with industry regulations, certifications, and compliance standards.

Collaboration with Sales Teams

► Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, provide qualified leads, and support sales initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance

►Stay informed about industry regulations, certifications, and compliance standards relevant to construction and industrial products. Ensure the marketing materials and strategies align with these standards.

Job Type: Full-time
