
Sales and Communications Manager

This role requires a professional who can manage administrative tasks while assisting in Sales and Marketing strategy execution , content management , and client engagement.
Executive Support :
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle emails. calls, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
Enquiry Pipeline and Client Support:
- Manage the enquiry pipeline by tracking incoming leads and client requests.
- Responds to enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring consistent follow up.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to move enquiries through pipeline.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on pipeline status.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns ( social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding.)
- Manage and update company social media accounts and ensure consistent branding.
- Draft, proofread and schedule posts, newsletters and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certifications in digital marketing or CRM management (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong proofreading and content creation abilities
- Professional phone manner and client-facing communication experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for reporting
- Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms
