Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Program Promotion (Coordination & Selling)
- Program Sales: Actively promote and "sell" training programs to external clients, meeting established enrollment or revenue targets.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding training content, schedules, and pricing, providing detailed program information and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Sales Coordination: Manage the registration process, track program enrollment, process payments or internal chargebacks, and maintain L&D management system.
- Reporting: Generate reports on training sales performance, enrollment numbers, and customer feedback to inform L&D strategy.
2. Logistics and Program Coordination
- Logistical Management: Coordinate all end-to-end logistics for training events, workshops, and webinars (both virtual and in-person). This includes scheduling rooms/virtual platforms, managing participant invitations, securing necessary equipment (A/V, materials), and catering arrangements.
- Resource Management: Prepare and distribute training materials, handouts, pre-work assignments, and post-training surveys.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with external vendors or subject matter experts (SMEs) regarding their schedules, contracts, and necessary setup.
- Budget Support: Assist the L&D Manager with tracking program expenses and ensuring events operate within budget.
3. Training Facilitation
Setup: Ensure all training rooms/virtual environments are ready, tested, and professional before the session starts.
Support: Provide on-site or virtual technical support during training sessions to ensure a smooth learning experience for participants and other facilitators.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an L&D, Training, Sales, or administrative coordination role.
- Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex logistics and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong sales and communication skills with a proven ability to promote and secure participation in programs.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
