Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing packing lists, shipping labels, and other logistics documentation.
  • Support the receipt and inspection of goods and ensure accuracy in shipment details.
  • Encode shipment and inventory data into logistics systems and maintain organized records.
  • Monitor and track shipments, coordinating with third-party logistics providers when needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in reconciling variances.
  • Generate and consolidate logistics and inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Production to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related course.
  • Open to fresh graduates; candidates with or without experience in logistics or operations are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
