We're looking for a passionate and proactive Frontend Developer to join our agile team, working closely with colleagues in Denmark and the Philippines. You'll be part of a mature Scrum team that continuously challenges the status quo and strives to improve how we work together. We believe in learning every day—whether it's exploring new technologies, refining our processes, or deepening our understanding of our tools. One of those tools is Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), which plays a central role in our setup. You don't need prior experience with AEM, but you should be excited to learn and grow into it as part of your journey with us.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain frontend solutions using and Vite.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver user-centric features with high quality and performance.
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinement sessions.
  • Communicate openly about blockers, ideas, and improvements.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Your required skills and experience include:

  • Skills and Experience Required:
  • Up to 3 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with modern frameworks like , or React
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with and modern frontend build tools (e.g., Vite).
  • Basic understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Java).
  • Experience working in agile teams or Scrum environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or willingness to learn it.
  • Exposure to full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
