E-Commerce & Content Lead

Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Strategy & Management: developing and executing strategies to drive online sales and customer acquisition, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms. This includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing the online shopping experience, and coordinating with various teams to align activities with overall business goals.
  • Technical: proficient in managing and optimizing activities on e-commerce platforms. Skilled in utilizing advanced features and tools provided by these platforms to enhance visibility and engagement, with a strong ability to interpret data and generate insights for improved sales and engagement metrics across all platforms.
  • Learning and Growth: combines strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills to craft engaging content and address challenges in dynamic digital environments. Adaptability and the ability to work independently are essential for staying ahead of trends and effectively managing e-commerce and social media platform

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Communication, or Graphic/Web Design.

  • At least 2 years in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.

  • Experience in corporate branding, public relations, or marketing communications is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with managing online stores on platforms.
