About the role

We're seeking an exceptional E-Commerce Assistant to join the thriving online team at Maxx and Bruno Pet Nation Corp'. In this full-time role based in Mandaluyong City. You'll be responsible for supporting the growth and optimisation of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring we deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platforms
  2. Assist in the creation and publication of engaging product content, including descriptions, images and promotions
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
  4. Fulfillment of orders (preparing & packing of orders)
  5. Inventory of stocks
  6. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or customer service
  2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
  4. Experience with Lazada/Shopee platforms is required
  5. Willing to do fulfillment (preparing & packing of orders)
  6. Bachelor's degree qualification is required
