What is your mission?

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing private real estate investment company. This role is responsible for assisting with month-end financial processes, private equity projects, general ledger maintenance, and various ad hoc financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial entities.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Oversee cash management, including monthly reconciliations for 90+ bank accounts and entering cash receipts into the general ledger.
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy, recording journal entries and reconciling accounts such as cash, accounts receivable, deals in progress, and private capital payables.
  • Handle monthly and quarterly B&O tax filings and accounts receivable billing.
  • Manage QuickBooks entries, fixed asset allocations, and financial archiving.
  • Support various financial projects as needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
