What is your mission?

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to manage financial reporting, expense validation, vendor invoice reviews, and P&L analysis. You will ensure accurate financial statements, monitor fund allocation, and support cost optimization across the business. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial processes and controls.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Review and monitor company fund allocation to ensure proper usage, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Examine vendor invoices, contracts, and payment terms to verify correctness and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements in alignment with company financial goals.
  • Verify correct expense classifications and resolve discrepancies in expense coding.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Build and maintain financial reports, including variance analysis, forecasting, and management summaries.
  • Recommend improvements to financial processes, workflows, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L analysis, financial reporting, and expense review.
  • Experience with vendor auditing, cost analysis, or contract review (preferred).
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial reporting tools.
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
