Compliance (AML, Fraud, Third-Party Risk, and Governance) Senior/Consultant/Analyst

Role Purpose

The Compliance Senior/Consultant/Analyst will design and implement compliance programs for a large client project. This includes AML and Fraud Governance, Third-Party Risk Management, and Board Governance, with a heavy emphasis on writing policies and creating frameworks rather than day-to-day compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and maintain AML, Fraud Governance, and Third-Party Risk policies aligned with BSP AMLA, FATF, Wolfsberg, and other industry standards.
  • Develop board and committee governance frameworks including charters, reporting packs, and escalation protocols.
  • Create methodologies for AML risk assessment, CDD/KYC, and transaction monitoring.
  • Conduct gap assessments against regulatory and best-practice requirements.
  • Design templates, risk scoring models, and dashboards to operationalize compliance frameworks.
  • Coordinate with IT and operations to embed policy requirements into systems and workflows.
  • Develop training and awareness materials to support compliance framework rollout.
  • Prepare materials for regulatory submissions and board/committee reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Analyst: 1–3 years' experience in AML/compliance support with exposure to policy writing.
  • Consultant: 3–5 years' experience creating AML, fraud, or governance programs/policies.
  • Senior: 5+ years' experience leading AML, third-party risk, or governance program design.
  • Strong knowledge of AML, fraud, and board governance standards with hands-on project exposure.
  • Excellent policy writing, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
