About the Role:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate financial reporting, auditing financial flows, and reviewing vendor-related transactions for compliance and cost efficiency. You will provide actionable insights to management through detailed analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor company fund allocations for proper usage and compliance.
  • Review vendor invoices, contracts, and payment terms for accuracy and cost optimization.
  • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements.
  • Verify expense classifications and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure financial statements comply with accounting standards.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
  • Experience in vendor auditing or cost analysis is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Additional Details:

  • Onsite role – candidates must be willing to work from our office.
  • Night shift schedule – flexibility required.
  • Expect a call within the day after application if you pass initial screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
